about Jacqueline Tabb
Personal Trainer | Strength & Conditioning | Body Recomposition
Jackie’s foundation in fitness began at just five years old, playing tennis and learning the fundamentals of athletic development under the guidance of former NFL players and collegiate strength coaches. Her early exposure to strength and conditioning eventually led her to compete as a Division I tennis player at Gonzaga University, where discipline, movement mechanics, and performance became an integral part of her approach to training.
Today, Jackie brings that athletic foundation to clients who want more from their training than simply completing a workout. Her goal is to help you build a stronger, leaner, more capable body through intelligent programming tailored to your goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle.
Whether you want to change your physique, improve your athletic performance, move with less limitation, or build strength for the years ahead, Jackie helps you understand what your body needs and how to train for it.
She specializes in body recomposition, helping clients reduce body fat and build lean muscle through progressive strength training and sustainable habits. Her approach also incorporates functional athletic training, movement assessment, and hip and lumbar spine corrective exercise to improve strength, stability, mobility, and movement quality.
For clients, this means training with a clear purpose. Each program is designed to address individual goals and needs, whether that involves developing stronger glutes and shoulders, improving posture and core stability, building rotational power for golf or tennis, or maintaining strength and independence with age. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, Jackie adapts training as clients progress, helping them build confidence in the gym and carry that strength into everyday life.
Her coaching philosophy is also shaped by her personal experience overcoming an eating disorder after college. That journey gave her a deeper appreciation for the relationship between physical health, mindset, and body image. She believes fitness should be a tool for building confidence, resilience, and a healthier relationship with your body—not a source of pressure or frustration.
Jackie combines technical expertise with a warm, attentive coaching style. She takes the time to understand what matters to each client, provides thoughtful guidance, and creates an environment where individuals feel both supported and challenged. Her focus is not simply on how much weight you lift or how hard you work, but on helping you make meaningful, sustainable progress.
The result is a more personalized approach to fitness—one that helps you look stronger, move better, perform at a higher level, and feel more confident in what your body can do.
