about Brandon Anderson
Brandon “Coach B” Anderson
Certified Personal Trainer | U.S. Air Force Combat Veteran | Founder, KSP
Brandon Anderson coaches the way he served: prepared, disciplined, and responsible for the people who count on him.
An Asheville native, Brandon spent 6.5 years in the U.S. Air Force, including multiple combat deployments. Leading teams of 10 to 35 airmen and keeping mission-critical weapon systems ready on deadline, a job that had no room for shortcuts, and neither does his coaching.
After the military, he became an IBEW Inside Journeyman Wireman. Years in the trades taught him what physical work does to a body and what it takes to keep showing up. He understands clients who work hard with their hands, because that's what he's done since he was 13 years old.
Brandon has trained in gyms across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and alongside some of the military’s most elite personnel. He has also put his own training to the test. He completed the International Four Days Marches in Nijmegen, Netherlands, covering more than 100 miles under a weighted ruck, as one of only 4 of 22 in his group to finish with zero prep time. He also completed an open-ocean swim in full scuba gear from Cancún to Isla Mujeres. He is a PADI-certified diver. His coaching philosophy comes straight from those experiences: build resilience, prepare well, progress steadily, and never give up!
His credentials include ISSA, CrossFit Level 1, CPR/AED/BLS instructor, and Mental Health First Responder certifications, and he carries personal training professional liability insurance. He incorporates hands-on soft tissue mobilization, trigger point therapy, and targeted mobility work into his programming, so clients recover well and train without pain. In the past year, he has helped more than 45 clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and reach meaningful performance milestones.
He believes strength is built through pressure and refined through hardship, and he coaches the whole person, not just the lift. That conviction is the heart of his brand.
Whether you’re rebuilding after an injury, chasing a strength or physique goal, staying strong for a physically demanding job, or preparing for selection, Brandon will build a structured, individualized plan and hold you accountable to it.
